Something I've yet to find regarding this subject is someone being forced to eat their own scat. Say, for example, one character shits on the floor, and another character gets mad at them and forces them to clean it up by eating it. Or maybe the first character is alone, they shit on the floor, and not wanting to get in trouble they clean it up by eating it before someone catches them. I've never seen such scenarios, yet there are so many possibilities that would make good art.

Jooshter left because people kept going after him for drawing scat art. He claimed to be strong and stick around but he just wasn't so he removed his art (first his adult, then EVERYTHING) and emo quit.
He still posts on DeviantART and he'll be back to FA soon, he's done this at LEAST three times now.
