There was a time, not that long ago, when no one would ever dare share an interest in such content. Then along came this insidious invention called "anonymous internet participation"...and having come across Japanese guro art by Waita Uziga, Tsepesi and others, realizing that this sort of thing had been done before, I too cast the bitter fruits of my imagination into the digital abyss.

The intriguing thing, from an intellectual point of view, is
the realization that ones own body, seen by most as one integral entity that can't be taken apart, physically is just a container filled with lots of things, loosely stacked together in the abdominal cavity.

However needed to keep the machine "body" running, we don't have eyes in there, and the feelings are limited, so without in depth medical knowledge one has no clue whats going on in there.

But a small cut in the hull opens it up for everyone to see, and gravity to pull out, much to the surprise of the owner. As if to say
"That's what I have inside of me?"
Yes all of those slimy wiggly liquid filled balloons and pipes are your plumbing.
Delicate, fragile, and only protected by a thin layer of skin and muscles.
Come to think of it, its most of you, the rest is just skeleton, muscles and an outer layer of skin and fur. But that's just the hull. What physically makes one is ones brains and ones guts. Take an arm or a leg away, rip the skin or break a bone, it hurts, but it will heal if one is healthy and the bleeding can be stopped in time.

But the bowels, that's the really integral part of one, the naked self so to speak, exposed to the core. There aren't really any non vital parts in there.

And any predator knows that, because its not only a vulnerable spot, for them its among the most tasty.

Though there are differences.
Many big predators, lions, tigers, ... tend to kill their prey quickly, usually through a bite in the throat, neck or suffocation.

I remember a TV show about leopards in the wild, in which the main character, a female leopard with cubs, had already killed a small gazelle and dragged the body to a safe spot. But before she finally opened the belly of the dead prey, she licked and nibbled the soft belly fur of the gazelle for several minutes, hesitatingly, in a very gentle and almost erotic way, before finally biting through and opening her prey. According to the announcer such behavior were not uncommon among leopards.

Though I have read about disembowelment as a hunting tactics of wolves, especially when trying to hunt down big and strong prey like elk.

Another TV show about migrating herds in Africa once showed zebras crossing a river. While the narrator talked about the dangers of crossing crocodile infested waters, A zebra which apparently had been attacked from below, got away and tried to climb the steep and muddy shore on the other side. But where in the weightlessness of the water, the injury had been only a flesh wound, the torn skin couldn't contain the zebras guts on land anymore.

Straining itself to get up the steep shoreline its guts poured out and dropped on the ground, where the panicking animal stepped on them and slipped.
It collapsed and slid back into the deadly waters.

Somehow I just imagine this zombie-like creature approaching, with his guts ripped out and mostly missing, his belly a gaping hole. Some of his intestines in his outstretched hands, staggering, limping, a begging face expression, eyes turned upwards at a cross angle.
And his painful, demanding , desperate cry:

"MOAR..."

I thought about that. The alimentary canal is indeed the preferred location to hide stuff in humans or anthro furs. I didn't consider that for this story however.

• The messengers went for several day or even week long independent missions that could be further delayed by circumstances, where obstruction of the digestive system is not an option. However if the 'package' got lost - which with deer could happen during walk or run - it would need to be reinserted, which is not feasible without hands.

I did consider storing messages in the vaginal cavity or the womb, but that, too only works for small containers, not for smuggling larger equipment.

@PreyKill: It would really be highly appreciated, if you could upload more of your work, on furaffinity or somewhere else. You certainly have a fanclub here, and I'm pretty sure, outside of fchan it is even bigger.
I think whoever saw one of your drawings, is either fascinated, or horrified, or both. But whichever it is, it is remembered. You are one of the few artists who's art I can spot out of a thousand and immediately recognize "hey :) its a PreyKill!"

I'm not saying I'd be putting your art on our living room wall (my wife would kill me) but you do have a subfolder in "that certain directory" on my harddrive that I would love to put more picture files in.
Though if you had a gallery I wouldn't need to, because I'd know I can find them on-line any time.
