She's a birdmouse hybrid I made way back in like 1991/2
I don't really bother the artists with specifics as I think they'd be too hard for someone to draw so I just give them the "basic" mouse & bird setup but she's "technically" a Greater Egyptian Jerboa mixed with a Sharp-shinned Hawk.
