Why aren't threads being bumped?

I just posted in the Doggie Kruger thread in the Memories board, but for some reason, it refuses to bump to the top of the board. Anyone else had this kind of problem with the other threads? Am I doing it wrong, or what? Posting in a thread doesn't really do much if it stays near the bottom of the board, about to be bumped off, y'know, so what's going on?

Same question here.  Maybe it's a glitch?  I started a new thread, but it ended up showing up on page 2...

Perspective of an ordinary user, not in control or 100% sure of anything re: fchan:

The server time was set back several hours, causing "current time" according to the server to be less than the most recent threads/posts on the board. Hence, any bump ended up on middle pages and didn't bump properly until after the server time surpassed the latest post on the board.

Why? Dunno.

I looked at the Doggie Kruger thread though. It's over 100 posts (97 hidden + 6 visible), which is the current bump threshold.

I posted a fresh thread in /M/ and it's not bumping at all.

Yeah, it happened again. Note the datestamps of 4 & 5 in this thread.
