Not from what i can tell. The only thing that is against the rules is if you try to circumvent the DNP list. Such as asking for emails for DNP art, or websites where the art is illegaly posted, ftp archives, or bittorrent things.
Linking to the actuall artists website isnt wrong IMO as your not circumventing the DNP list as its the original artist posting the art.
However, as i remember it stated some place, they dont like links and stuff very much as they cant regulate or know the content of the link. So they may delete any post that has a link in it that refers to any DNP content.
