If your into pen and paper RPG's, I heartily recommend World Tree. Very furry, and also has a very original setting. Saw the creators at Anthrocon. Werewolf: the Apocalypse is also a good rpg, and somewhat furry, with werewolves, wererats, kitsune, etc, etc.

Cave Story is an indie 2d sidescroller that's a bit popular with furries (see the cave story thread in /ah)

Okami is really cute and fun I think.  Not anthro though but the main char is a sexy white wolf-god.  =) www.chromehooves.net/okami/okami.htm

Never trust a review score. If you think a game looks cool, try it out and judge for yourself.

Okami 'IS' furry in the broad sense, she is not a dumb animal, she can understand human speach [cant say a word though which makes it more fun, when ever anyone starts rambeling at her she gets all indifrent and pretends to ignore them which is halarious to me] the game rocks your boxers realy, plus the way it ends practicly screams 'sequal' heres hopeing it be just as good as the first [somebody needs to like create a super ultra program that can 'yiffyize' any game or movie that is run thru it......ah dreams...they are so nice, but so bitter sweet....for dreams they cannot come true in the cruel cruel realm of realite [also chrono triger and cross have anthro charicters 'frog' from triger and a whole host of them in cross the demihumans, pip, poshul...lots and lots]

Sorry.  The game flopped super hard and Clover studios was disolved by capcom.  There will never be an Okami sequel.  WTf were they thinking releasing it on ps2 only?  If they had released it on gc it probably would have gotten decent sales.  RIP clover, creaters of Viewtiful Joe.

It's not that simple. Clover's CEO, Atsushi Inaba, has spoken out about his troubles with Capcom, and it seems that they didn't see eye-to-eye on a number of projects. So, I think it would be unfair to lay all the blame on one game.

I didn't blame it all on one game, i didn't blame it on anything.  Viewtiful joe2 and godhand flopped hard because godhand was horrible, and vj2 was only promoted on ps2 and classicly, ps2 owners don't buy quirky and different titles, they lost a lot of money on the ps2 versions of all there games.

Namco made money on Katamari Damacy, so that's that theory down the shitter. Oh, and I'm pretty sure Viewtiful Joe sold poorly on Gamecube as well.

Acctually vj1 sold a lot on gc, 2 however sold ok on gc and flopped on ps2.

And the development budget on KD was probably less than the ps1 era, they could have sold 50,000 copies and still made money.  I didn't say a quirky and different title has NEVER sold on ps2. i'm saying in general they don't.  Hence vj1, vj2, okami, Killer7, and the list of games goes on that sold nothing on ps2 compared to what it sold or would have sold on gc even thought the install base for ps2 is like 15 times bigger than the gc install base.

"ps2 owners don't buy quirky and different titles"

Funny, Katamari Damacy and We Love Katamari made a shitload of cash. If those aren't "quirky and different", I really don't know what is.

Huh, I guess I'm wrong about myself. I suppose I didn't really buy Katamari Damacy, DDR, Guitar Hero, or Legend of Kay after all. Funny.
