The G.I.M.P.
Is a great opensource Adobe photoshop alternitive.
It has some quirks though and doenst like simple lines being made, but with some time it can be a good powerfull tool.
I think they need to work on making it a bit more refined though, it feels like an old version of photoshop.
Still, its pretty damn good for free :3
Oh and opencanvas, the older versions.
They can go online for multiplayer art drawing! Total awsomeness.
