Kemono Inukai blocking USA IP's?

I can't access his site and i'm assuming he is doing the same annoying BS so many other japanese sites do these days which is blocking american IP's. Unfortunately I tried using a proxy and he has found a way to block that as well leaving me no way to view his gallery.

I feel particularly betrayed right now since i've bought MANY prints of his artwork in the past.(which I assume he profitted from) Does anyone know what's going on here? Is it just me or are other people having the same problem?

Many others have the same problem, I get it at times but I found out it's a url problem
http://www.kemonet.com/ works for me
http://kemonet.com/ doesn't

he even has it mentioned on his FAQ, if you ever looked there

Why error E67n?
> Please attempt below when you got E67n or 403 error:
- defeat proxy
- turn off your firewall or Norton temporarily
- change to another browser
- change to another ISP

Why error 403?
> Check your firewall. This gallery requires environmental variables.

I turned off my firewall, turned off proxy, tried both Firefox and Explorer and I still can't access the site. Changing ISP's isn't an option and i'm sure as hell not doing it for a website.

Oh...neither of those addresses worked for me.

Well, he hasn't blocked the ISP, the ISP doesn't like his site, you'll just have to deal with it or use someone else's computer with a different ISP to browse his artwork.

Ps. The whole "I feel betrayed D':", no.

Works fine for me.

I'm a bit offended by his work, though.  Not that its explicit or anything, but that its blurred, censored, and that he charges $130US for a commision.  Ego much?

Well I guess my ISP is blocking the site which is pretty damn ridiculous considering I live in AMERICA, not Iran, the united arab emirates, china or any other country known for censorship.

$130 really isn't that much considering that there is artists out there who charge a lot more for much less detailed works. It's a bit on the pricey side but you have to remember...a commission is a one time payment. If he were mass producing artwork it would be a different story(check out rabbit valley, you can get prints for $8-10)

I'm sure he spends at least 10+ hours per piece if not more. The sketching stage, the inking/finalization stage then finally the cging stage...that latex effect isn't easy to get. All in all he is getting about $10-13 an hour which isn't that great.

I guess.  Didn't think of it in those terms.

And don't forget the ACLU (American Criminal Liberties Union), making sure that pedophiles and sexual deviants can speak their minds about how nice it is to rape your 3-year-old daughter, and then work hard to prevent you from speaking against it.
