It's not banned. "Incest threads" are banned because that became a codeword for "cubbyfuck". Incest can still be posted (at least, that's what they've said so far..).
Just post it under the heading of a different thread and make sure it's in /a/ or /ah/.
Unless the characters involved are clearly children/teens. Then you were fucked from the start; fchan isn't where that goes.
