Demise of /lulz - Good furry pr0n sites?

Over the years, there have been depositories of new furry art that I check each day.  Some have fizzled out and left my bookmarks.  Some have died altogether.  And I've stumbled across new ones that are still on my list.  But, I've noticed my list getting shorter and shorter and just wondering if there's any I'm not visiting that you all frequent.

My current repertoire is actually down to two sites now, fchan and e621.  I deleted furi.net/lulz last night...I should have done it long ago, with the excessive amounts of trolling and spam that goes on.  But, would find a gem thread on there every so often.  But, when I started getting pop-unders and other ads popping up, including one of those annoying ones where you click OK and another window pops up forever.  Decided that's quite enough and deleted it.

I know about VCL and FA, but there is way too much crap diluting the good stuff, and most of the good stuff finds its way to either fchan or e621 anyways.

So, question is, are there other sites out there that provide a good amount of decent furry porn with limited trolling/spam that is updated on a regular basis?

It comes down to supply and demand, and it's a niche genre of art. There's a limited quantity of quality art to be had, even with new art produced and circulated at an ever-increasing rate.

So to answer your question: wysiwyg.

I know what you mean. /furi/ used to be a decent place with some interesting stuff going on, but now it's just a bunch of argumentative manchildren posting random, pointless shit.

Anyway you might try looking at furpiled.com. There's also artspots.com, which I think tries to have slightly higher standards than other furry art sites. Naturally it's not very popular.

I don't mean to thread hijack this, but for some time now I've wanted to know if there are any furry sites out there which keep the meaningless bullshit to the minimum. Meaning: no commenting allowed, no journals allowed, no favorites, no page hit counters etc. All in all, none of the popularity contest stuff. Just the content, plain and simple: audio, writings and images.

Sure.  They're usually referred to as "artist's websites".  Maybe an artist you like has their own site without all the BS.  See if the artists in question have any links on their FA galleries or such.

You don't have to read journals. You don't have to read comments. Favorites are a great tool to browse through to find other good artsts. You don't have to look at page hits.

You are making your own experience into one that is not pleasurable. FA is perfectly fine if you ignore all of the above and simply download the content.

If you want the community's labor without the actual community, your only option would be p2p sharing.

This is a social fandom, people socialize.

Gathering in hotels for a weekend to not shower, bang other whores, cram in to a two bed room with 27 other people, and complain about discrimination is barely socializing.

FA used to pump amount a good amount of flash (atleast 1 or 2 every couple of weeks) but as of the last few months, your lucky to see even one within a month.

Guess everyone started having lives.
