The DNP list is pointless

If it doesn't get posted on Fchan, it'll end up on lulz.net, Ychan, or e621. The DNP list doesn't prevent the distribution of furry art/porn through imageboards and other means that sometimes don't give credit for works to the artist; rather, it inconveniences the users of Fchan.

The DNP has always existed for the artists, not for the rest of the world.
