Moebius Unleashed

Not trying to change any rules or cause any arguments, or anything of the sort.  I'm just curious.  There's this big bunch of red text saying it's not allowed...but I don't even know what it is.

Is it M/M?  M/F?  F/F?  Non-Pornographic?  Fan Fiction?  I know it's something I would have to buy, right?  I did a google search and can't find it.

Can someone tell me what it is?
