It's hard to explain really.
I guess (though only really talking vore of the soft and non-gory variety here) it's kind of the thought of being forced into somewhere you don't belong, the kind of being tapped feeling, though going on a warm damp journey to the future prison that is the predator's stomach could have a lot to do with it.
Like I said, that's just a theory, as with most sexual fetishes it's near enough impossible to explain, it's probably different for different people.
