Art critique and advice; beginner artists are welcome to post here; includes an oekaki. (NO FLAMES)
Artists, read before posting!
Before you post your art to ask for critique, please read these tutorials. They explain the basic principles of drawing and figure drawing. Most posts where these basics are missing will never get a response, as people are quite frankly sick and bored of explaining over and over that you would have to pretty much learn how to draw first, before you could improve.
If you have a program capable of doing it, try to give your image a horizontal (mirror) flip every so often as you do delicate areas such as eyes and muzzles and correct centers of balance. Doing the flip can show you where you might have created an off angle.
You have great ideas, but some things (such as the questionable symmetry with Daxter's eyes) could make your ideas even better if they were taken one or two more steps.
I'm not much of an artist but I decided to check out what this part of fchan had, I love your first drawing! There is something about it, I want to see more of it! This character is just...strangly amazing to me. Thanks! Your other are it rather nice too!
