How come nobody gets offended when Kirk beds the green women who are not the same species as him yet they refuse to acknowledge the alien species<->furs analogue.

Both are not human, both are sentient. Yet, furs are considered disgusting but aliens are erotic.

Or maybe because most men thought the green alien woman was hot, because all she amounted to was a woman with body paint and some fancy accessories?

Paint an attractive naked woman up with black and white stripes, put just enough accessories on her to give her a zebra tail, ears, and maybe hooves, give her a nicely striped and stylized mohawk, then paint her face with a nice black "muzzle" around her nose and lips. Then put her in front of people and ask the crowd "Hot or Not?"

Now take a zebra mare out of the wild and arid plains of Africa. Use your Magic Furry Wand to tame it, allow it to walk upright on it's hind hooves, change it's forehooves to hands (or a close approximate), give it a humanlike figure (wide hips, narrow waist, large breasts), and give it an appropriately dexteritous muzzle that it can do things like smile, frown, and talk the same as a human would. Put "her" in front of the same crowd, and ask them "Hot or Not"?
