It has come to my attention that there are a number of separate groups out there which are laying siege to fchan on numerous fronts. Despite my desire to not address, and therefore give validation, to these groups, I have come to the conclusion that silence in this matter may be seen as acceptance. Since this is in no way accurate and these persons have seen fit to attack us openly, I will respond openly.
Cloudchaser:
Recently Cloudchaser was temp-banned by raven for failure to abide by Mod Directives. A clear violation of Rule Seven. I do not know what form of discussion transpired between them before the matter was escalated to me. However, from the beginning Cloudchaser was belligerent, accusatory, demanding, and as a whole not nice. All that was asked of Cloudchaser was to simply recognize, and therefore admit to making a mistake, and to agree to behave and abide by Mod directives in the future.
Over a period of weeks (which stretched to more than a month), Cloudchaser grew more and more angry, belligerent, accusatory, etc. So much that overly dramatized and highly colorful versions of what was happening were being posted around the internet in an effort to turn up support. It was at the point where VCL was drug into the mix and a fine Admin and good friend of mine Ch'marr was forced to intervene that I made the decision to break off all communication with Cloudchaser explaining one final time what mistakes were made and that the ban was now elevated to PermaBan status.
After which I received an email stating that Cloudchaser is now accepting responsibility for all actions, followed by a second email asking forgiveness.
I have no intention of listening to these emails or allowing Cloudchaser back.

I feel I've said everything needed in /m. However it is leading me to the belief that I should take the time to make a Mod Decisions post about my feelings on Artists Rights and Poster Rights. Just so there is a permanent record of it.

Ah, good post Nadia.
Cloudchaser had been semi-trolling posts by posting pictures that didn't belong at all (And one or two annoyed a few viewers of said thread) and asked to stop by Raven. He of course didn't, figuring that he being he and as such was just being "Playful" and as such, Raven banned him. CC of course was insulted and knowing him, it led to his "Rise against the evil mods" mindset, while forgetting that that said mods basicly saved his ass from /anon bullys who were at a few times or the other, trolling him into a pit due to his freakishly er..detailed slobbering prase about his "vixen" creation, or his offen outright scary comments about what he would like to do to a anthro female. Of course like many children and some adults when it was clear that his temper-tantrums were going to be punished with a big stick, he has quickly desided to "suck it up" and learn his lesson too late.
I say good call. Raven takes and will take more crap from people then you or Xeno would and there are other image boards that CC can go lurk about, till he acts out enough to get banned from there too. CYD did a pretty on the spot topic about him, for once I'd say.
