how legal is furry porn anyway?

Aside from the fact that it's completely imaginary stuff, with little or no basis in reality, I reckon authorities have better things to do than police what kind of artwork people look at (though, ask me in a few more years, and I may change my answer). Hell, nearly all of my work (adult, comics, and general audience stuff) has been registered with the Library of Congress. I wouldn't think they'd hand out copyrights if the submitted work was deemed illegal.

Not so much in other countries, though. So on the internets it's still a grey area.
