1. if they allow photos of naked furries *shivers* and camwhoring it needs its own section.
2. Anyone who can't see the flood of drama soon to follow if they allow this, is blind and vastly insane.
3. All it takes is one underage fuck to start posting his stuff {and things turning back around a the admins) to put Fchan to its needs.
4. I still think its to much of a risk... and this is a chan art board, not a camwhorefest. get back to 4chan for that crap.

I'm always skeptical of this sort of claim, but I'll entertain it, anyway.
Live photos of people would rarely have any furry content in them and therefore wouldn't be allowed. If it did have some kind of furry content in it (fursuit, plushie, etc.), and was pornographic, there's still no way to know the age of the person. I don't feel like opening the door to the possibility of under aged people posting things of that nature. It's bad for them, and it's bad for everyone else, whether there's a record keeping law or not.
Same thing goes for photomorphs. There's no way to tell the age of the person who was photoshopped, not to mention that these can be taken randomly off the internet and manipulated without the person's consent. That's not too different from taking someone's art and editing it. It's rather disrespectful toward the subject.
There's just too many reason NOT to allow this stuff, whether or not there's a law about keeping any kind of records. I really don't want to open up that door, nor do I want to deal with it. The staff and I have enough to take care of with the site as it is, we don't need more things to worry about.
Sorry.
