Cool, haven't seen this before. So let me share a few more things that might be useful.

1. There's a whole genre (a -thriving- genre) of "Adult" Japanese games called "Eroge" (EROtic GAmes is my guess, the long "a" in "Games" writes as "Ge" in Japanese). These range from sweet romance stories to, well, hard core porn. This looks to be one of them, though it's the first furry one I've seen (Barring "tail's Tale" I suppose).

2. Why do you care? Because much of these games consists of text, which is a problem if you don't speak Japanese. Thankfully, this game uses the Kirikiri engine, which is good for two reasons. A: All the resources (images, sound, etc) are stored in xp3 files, which are super easy to extract. And B:Fans of these games have rigged up an "on the fly" translation system that works great with Kirikiri games. It uses two pieces of software, Quick Atlas (for the actual translation) and an awesome bit of software hackery called AGTH. The translation is by no means perfect, but it's usually close enough to follow what's going on. And yes, it takes a little effort to get the system up, but it's not THAT hard.
