"The term "Indecent", as used in this section includes matter of a character tending to incite arson, murder, or assassination." - So then wouldn't the "Furries Being Shot" thread in Alt Hard, or even David Hopkins' "Jack" (in which an angsty teen fur goes Columbine on all his schoolmates) qualify as "indecent material" under these laws? What if an artist draws a pic of a dragon burning a village? "Inciting Arson!" lulz...
