Okay, I have recently thought about dreaming, seeing as I can only be what I want in my dreams, I found a website that helps you remember and CONTROL your dreams. It is awesome, I don't want to go into detail about my dreams cause... They are awesome and I control them! I get to do what I want. I can be a furry if I want or anything and I'm accepted in my dreams. I thought yall would want to know this because every other furry that I have ever met was a dreamer. I will post the site that tells you how to control your dreams and remember them. Admins - Edit this if you have to but it is something that I thought would be nice to add... I haven't ever contributed to the site and I thought that this might be a good way to do it.http://www.dreamviews.com/dreamrecall.php If you go there, you could learn how to remember your dreams and, eventually, control them and do what you want, where you want, and how you want it to be done.

Been there done that and got the t-shirt. There are loads of websites to help with that and this is a bad example.

I found that it worked :) The first time that it worked for me was when I started to fall asleep and I just stayed calm and tried different things. I could fell everything. I still remember it too ^_^

Lucid dreaming. I've never been able to understand how this kind of thing doesn't come natural to everyone, since I've been doing it since I can remember... Ah well, whatever you do to get to it. And really, there's only so much you can do to control it before you wake yourself up. *shrugs*

I don't dream at all unfortunately. I've always wanted to try something like this

Still, this post's inspired me to give it another try, I'd read a similar thing before but this one seemed to have a slightly more robust approach to becoming lucid as well as a better explanation of recall. So, nice link - thanks =p

If you aren't dreaming you either aren't getting enough sleep or are waking up(without remembering or fully waking) making it unable to enter the dream cycle known as the REM state. Possible causes are a bed thats too old causing too many pressure points, noisy neighbors, too much stress, etc etc. Try setting your alarm clock to go off in exactly 4 hours(long enough to enter REM state, have a dream and wake up), most people dream(if they sleep without waking) every 3-4 hours but simply forget the dream entirely by the time they get up.

Hm...i wonder if it has an impact on your creativity if you can "live out" your fantasie and imagination in your dreams.

I always failed miserably at lucid dreaming... last time I tried, I was brutally murdered by a couple of orcs (please don't ask). Thanks for the link though.

whenever i sleep and wake up I feel the memory of the dream pouring out of my bran and a lot of times a voice tell me I wasn't meant to know that> (what I learned in my dream) sucks to be me don't it? I also get beat up a lot for a person. The other folks I meet in my dreams haven't said why.

>>1 Well, I've been trying some of the stuff from the site for the last few days... and actually beginning to achieve some degree of success, particularly last night, I managed to become sufficiently aware during the dreams to remember at least 3 or 4 seperate ones. Still not managed to achieve enough awareness to try and take control, but it does say on the site it's a slow process that needs practice.
