There's also the idea of a male using their penis to cause their partner to gag, causing them to vomit. It's humiliation for the sub in that case. It's even cute sometimes to see a sub puke because you just think "Aw, poor thing". I like to watch them blush after they've just barfed. I like watching their emotions change. That's the underliying theme to the whole idea.
