DNP clarification

If an artist is DNP, is it OK to post a link to their website/gallery?
So if someone requests a pic, but the artist is DNP, I could just say "Can't post it, but here's a link to the OFFICIAL website"

Far as I know, the guy (or girl) above has it right. Just be sure it's their official site, not just a site with their works available for viewing.
