I remember a comic, I swear I saw it here...
A herm office worker wanting to masturbate in an office, but having been banned from it previously, has a device around her penis to prevent ejaculation.
Masturbates anyway, goes past the point of no return, is unable to finish and ends up self-inflating until she gets the device off and makes a massive mess.
I could have sworn I saw it here but I've looked through /h, /a, /ah to no avail.
