Whoever made this movie and designed this horse in it knew exactly what the fuck they were doing.

It's Russian, but with how pronounced and flagrant the ass and belly focus is, you just KNOW what
was going on, especially with how prominent and recurring the horse is.
The translated name is "The Three Bogatyrs: The Horse's Course"

After further research, it's Name is julius, and roughly all of his appearances, his ass is always pronounced and gets a lot of undue focus for comedy effect.
